Who is responsible
This website is run by Miranda Walberg, who is responsible for the personal data you send through it.
- Name
- Miranda Walberg
What data I collect
The details you enter in the booking form: name, email, phone (if you add it), preferred day and time, format, package, coaching language and your message. And anything you send me later by email.
Health information
In your message you may tell me about injuries or health conditions. That is health data, a special category under the GDPR, so I only use it with your explicit consent (the box you tick in the form) and only to prepare your consultation and training.
Share only what you think I need to know. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing me; that does not affect what was done before.
Why I use it
To answer your request, arrange and hold the free consultation and, if you become a client, prepare your plan. I never use it for advertising, profiling or automated decisions.
Legal basis: steps you ask for before a possible contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and, for health information, your explicit consent (Article 9.2.a GDPR).
How long I keep it
Booking requests are deleted automatically one year after they arrive at the latest. If you become a client, I keep what our work together needs while it lasts and, afterwards, only as long as the law requires (for example, for tax purposes).
Who else sees it
I don't share your data with anyone, unless the law requires it. To run the website I use these providers, which process data only on my behalf, under a data processing agreement:
- Supabase: the database where requests are stored, on servers in the European Union.
- Resend: sending the website emails.
- Netlify: hosting the website; it logs visitor IP addresses for technical and security reasons.
- Apple (iCloud): my email inbox.
Some of these providers are US companies. Those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its use, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere, by writing to miranda.walberg@icloud.com.
If you think I haven't handled your data correctly, you can complain to the data protection authority (AEPD) or the one in your country.
Cookies
This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools, so there is nothing to accept. The fonts are served from this website, without connecting to Google.
